Microsoft do not send viruses.
I don't think Microsoft do but I heard that some antivirus companies (rumours only) develop a few viruses(or malware/spyware) themselves along with the ability to detect and remove them and then claim that they are the only antivirus software that is capable of detecting and removing them. Obviously it is only a matter of time before the other antivirus companies are able to remove these viruses but the desired effect has been obtained by then. They have got the upper hand at least advertising wise. Possibly even a few extra subscriptions that they may not have got otherwise.

Just rumours, I don't think anybody knows for sure if this is true
your paranoid......Microsoft may hold the monopoly a bit but they arnt out to get you....
Do you actually think Microsoft would do that?! They'd be outta business by now.
No Microsoft does not send viruses.
Why would microsoft show their product is completely insecure and then ask 拢300 for the basic version? That's not paranoia, that's just retarded.

Paranoia is when you know the real virus developers are the anti-virus companies!
Do you really think they will hurt there own business with sending viruses, spyware, adware or any other malware?
Microsoft programmers are too incompetent to write viruses.
Yes, you're paranoid. If MS was suspected of sending out viruses, there would be a worldwide revolt.
I am sure they do not send viruses, it would be too dangerous for them if it ever came out.

However, microsoft software is hijacked by those who do send viruses, edited and passed on via download sites, so beware.
