Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition Error Please Help?

Everytime i try to open the design window on a form i get and error saying:

''The service Microsoft.visualstudio.shell.interop.Ise...

already exists in the service container

parameter name: serviceType''

Btw I am running Vista home basic, and i have tried reinstalling VB as well as running it as admin.

Please help.

There are a few installs on your DVD. They are in the VS 2008 DVD\WCU\dotNetFramework\dotNetMSP\x86

Also install Vista SP1.
