meanwhile if your wanting to access microsoft sam in windows i will tell you how to below.
go to your start button,left click it, then see the control panel,
navigate your mouse to it and left click it.
now the sounds,speech and audio devices left click it.
now see the speech icon left click it.
in front of you now there should be the the text to speech box where microsoft sam is located.
if you turn your speakers up and click preview voice you will hear microsoft sam talking in test mode for windows.
