You can obtain a 30 day trial here:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/produc...

or a free alternative that will open and save as word files

http://www.openoffice.org

BTW, not all computers come with MS Word. You have to purchase it seperately. IF YOU did buy it, but it wasn't installed, call the company that you ordered the computer from and ask them where it is, and to supply you with the discs.

Nope. Microsoft don't sell stuff through the Internet... Yet (Except Small Business Accounting, but that's another story).

Just download AbiWord or OpenOffice.
Microsoft Office- the package containing Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc- doesnt come free with XP.

You have to buy it from a shop, borrow someone elses cd, or download a version of similar but non Microsoft software
My dear mate Office is a program on its own and does not come with windows. You have to beg, borrow ,buy or steal it.
this is illegal so have a think about it before you do it....
