They are worried about the Yahoo! brand. Of course MS will change the name and find a way to continue the monoploy.

Maybe, but will MS switch all yahoo mail over to hotmail? There are culture differences between the two companies to resolve.
Also alot of duplication in staffs, etc.
I dont think I'd want to be working at yahoo right now...(other than if you owned stock).
