Microsoft Word Troubles?

I have a trial version of microsoft and this window will come up and say enter product key. Im like you got it and i enter it and it says to restart it for the thing to take full effect. But when i do that window pops up again. Whats the deal?

(Btw i have vista home edtion and word came as a trial verison when i bought it)
